    • CARDIO-DRUMMING  DRUM-FIT  
      • Total cardio blast! You beat a huge ball with drumsticks to cool music while standing, reaching or squating,  It's FUN, CATHARTIC and a TERRIFIC workout!  All equipment provided.
      • Free Trial Class!
      • $4 a class or $3.50 when you buy a class card.A high energy fun drumming workout! Drumming to rhythms on a physio ball, incorporating fun, flow, upper and lower body workouts while pounding out life's frustrations.  Walk out sweaty and ready for your day! 65 cm physio ball, 17 gal. bucket and 2 drumsticks provided by The Dance Place Ltd., but feel free to bring your own "toys" if you'd rather.
    • BALL-FIT   
      • On Summer Recess   
      • A totally feel-good class with little or NO footwork involved.  Pilates inspired, physio ball work to ecletic music: rolling, swinging, bouncing, lengthening & pressing your way to balance & core strength.  You'll walk out feeling like you've tuned up your body without stressing joints. Hand weights OPTIONAL....All Equipment Supplied.   A feel-good pilates-inspired workout with little or no footwork. Roll, bounce, swing and reach your way to wellness. This is an amazing core stableizer with cardio benenfits.  65 cm Physio-Balls available, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like!

    • DANCE-FIT   Fun, jazz routines that are simple enough to pick-up, yet make you burn calories, SWEAT and SMILE!  Experienced Instructor teaches each routine incorporating 4-5 low-impact steps, taught individually until well rehearsed then combined to give that Irish, Latin, Swing, Hip Hop or classic Jazz feel.  We occasionally use light hand-weights, (provided by The Dance Place Ltd.) to enhance our workout, and while water breaks are encouraged, the tunes keep on playing!   Wear comfortable clothes, smooth soled shoes and get ready to get your groove-on!   This class is ideal for adults that love to dance!   $4/class or buy 7 and get 8th free! 

 

    • WEIGHTED DANCE TRAINING (Advanced)   This 1.5 hour class is designed to enhance a dancer's fitness by incorporating; light weights, ball work and pilates for strengthening and conditioning.  Available to Advanced dancers with teacher recommendation, College Dance Students and Dance Professionals.

 

    • TECHNIQUE CLASS  (Advanced)  This 1.5 hour class can be on drop-in fee basis or on adiscounted  monthly tuition basis.  This class is dedicated to turns, jumps,  leaps and conditioning.  Available to Advanced dancers with teacher recommendation, College Dance Students and Dance Professionals.
